Exploring how artificial intelligence can strengthen human capability, improve work and contribute meaningfully to society.

Introduction

I am a retired SAP Global Solution Architect with more than 35 years of experience across engineering, enterprise technology, solution architecture, presales, consulting, implementation, training and service delivery.

My professional journey has involved working with customers, partners and multicultural teams across 17 countries. Today, I apply that experience to exploring AI-assisted workflows, mentoring professionals, creating learning experiences and supporting community initiatives.

I am particularly interested in practical and human-governed uses of AI—not technology for its own sake, but technology that helps people understand problems, make better decisions and work together more effectively.

Current explorations

Ideas grounded in practice

AI and Human-Governed Transformation

I explore how AI, agents, automation, data and human judgement can be combined to improve real operational workflows. My work includes building bounded no-code and low-code pilots, examining governance and human oversight, and translating emerging technology into understandable business possibilities.

PresalesLab.ai

I created PresalesLab.ai as an experimental environment for exploring how AI can support presales professionals through structured workflows, decision support and coaching. It reflects my continuing interest in enterprise solution design and the changing relationship between professionals and intelligent systems.

Learning and Knowledge Creation

I create courses, articles, demonstrations, videos and AI-assisted stories to make complex ideas accessible. My three Udemy courses cover presales practice, advanced solution consulting and the future of presales powered by AI, reaching more than 3,900 learners internationally.

Mentoring

Through my GROW-based mentoring approach—Goals, Reality, Options and Way Forward—I help professionals reflect on challenges, identify possibilities and take considered action. My emphasis is on preparation, enablement, relationships and personal responsibility.

Selected initiatives

AK Smart Seva

A technology-enabled initiative designed to improve special-needs caregiving. It combines digital workflows, dashboards, structured knowledge and AI-assisted insights to support more informed and inclusive care.

StoryMitra

An AI-assisted storytelling initiative created to nurture awareness, reflection and value-based living among children. It brings stories, emotional check-ins, activities and reflective conversations together for children, parents and educators.

AI for Young Learners

Hands-on explorations that encourage youngsters to use AI creatively and responsibly for storytelling, poetry, blogs, images and videos—cultivating curiosity rather than merely teaching tools.

AI-Assisted Filmmaking

I experiment with generative AI for scriptwriting, images, animation, narration, music and video production. This included creating an English and Telugu movie trailer for Bhadra Kalyanam using a combination of AI tools.

Professional foundation

Before retiring from Siemens India as an SAP Global Solution Architect, I worked for more than 35 years in engineering and enterprise IT.

My experience includes:

  • Enterprise solution architecture and business-process understanding
  • SAP presales, solution design, implementation and service delivery
  • Customer engagement across multiple industries and geographies
  • International and multicultural collaboration
  • Professional training and capability development
  • Connecting business needs with appropriate technology solutions

I have also conducted collaboration and virtual-team training for 108 tax consultants from RSM India.

Community contribution

Community service remains an important part of my life.

Since 2011, I have contributed to Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vahini, an educational initiative of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust. During the COVID-19 period, I helped coordinate an entirely online volunteering initiative involving approximately 7,500 Deloitte employees who created interactive educational quizzes for schoolchildren.

I also serve as a digital technology consultant to Akshaya Kshetram, a charitable organisation caring for and educating people with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Within my residential community, I help engage senior citizens through Fitness with Fun, Chai Pe Charcha and Games for All—creating opportunities for activity, conversation and companionship.

A continuing journey

I am not pursuing AI simply because it is the latest technology. I enjoy the process of exploring, creating and sharing—the qualities associated with an autotelic outlook, where the activity itself carries meaning.

At this stage of life, my aim is not to chase every opportunity. It is to remain curious, contribute what I have learned, encourage younger generations and participate in work that brings together technology, human values and community benefit.

Thoughtful conversations welcome

I welcome thoughtful conversations with professionals, educators, community organisations and fellow explorers interested in responsible AI, mentoring, learning and human-centred transformation.
